Cloud Platform Engineer

Seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to optimize infrastructure and streamline developer experience through automation and self-service capabilities. This role requires strong DevOps expertise and the ability to improve deployment processes while enhancing system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and remove process bottlenecks
• Improve system reliability through SLOs and SLIs
• Provide technical escalation support and guide junior engineers
• Collaborate to enhance developer productivity and eliminate inefficiencies

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree + 4 years’ relevant experience OR
  • Associate degree + 6 years’ experience OR
  • High school diploma + 8 years’ experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go)
  • Knowledge of Git workflows, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and certificate management

Experience with CI/CD tools for software deployment
