Cloud Network Engineer (AWS)

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture roles, with a significant focus on high-volume, mission-critical applications.
5+ years of experience specifically within the Telecom domain, with a strong understanding of device activation, provisioning, and network operations.
Expert-level proficiency in AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and relevant networking concepts.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, management, and troubleshooting of containerized applications in production environments.
In-depth experience with Splunk logs and monitoring solutions, including query development, dashboard creation, and alert configuration for proactive issue detection and root cause analysis.
Demonstrated expertise with ACS Adapter technologies and their application in device management and activation.
Profound understanding of DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification) and SONU (Service Over Next-generation Passive Optical Network Units) standards and device functionalities.
Exceptional application understanding and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across distributed systems.
Strong programming skills in at least one relevant language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
Experience with API design (RESTful, GraphQL)and microservices architecture.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
