We are looking for an accomplished Cloud Native Architect with over 12 years of experience leading cloud modernization, and DevSecOps transformation.
The candidate must have deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, multi-cloud deployments, and cloud-native security.
Key Responsibilities
• Designing experience in observable cloud-native systems using modern Kubernetes-based patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native platforms leveraging Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) with GitOps automation, policy enforcement, and microservices architectures.
• Architect and deploy eBPF-based networking and observability using Cilium for enhanced performance, traffic visibility, and runtime security.
• Implement zero-trust security architectures with SPIFFE/SPIRE for workload identity and secure service-to-service authentication.
• Build and maintain control plane-based IaC platforms using Crossplane to provision cloud infrastructure declaratively through Kubernetes.
• Design and support edge computing solutions using KubeEdge, enabling low-latency and disconnected workloads for telecom, manufacturing, and IoT use cases.
• Drive platform reliability by integrating service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), distributed tracing, and auto-scaling across multi-cluster environments.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to refactor legacy systems into containerized, cloud-native solutions.
• Standardize infrastructure and application governance using OPA, Vault, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

• Hands-on deployment and tuning of Cilium for Kubernetes networking and security policies.
• Advanced proficiency in Crossplane for Kubernetes-native infrastructure orchestration.
• Familiarity with KubeEdge for distributed edge computing or disconnected environments.
• Deep understanding of platform SRE,service mesh, and cloud cost optimization.
