Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Key Skills: Azure Services, IaaS, Compute, Networking, Storage, Incident Management, Security, Containerization, Cloud Performance Monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment and management of Azure services including Azure Functions, File or Blob Storage, Virtual Network, etc.
• Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance, alerts, and warnings. Troubleshoot and mitigate incidents effectively.
• Investigate incidents and take necessary steps for resolution.
• Provide operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to implement security measures and compliance protocols.
• Document incident resolutions, processes, and configuration changes in the cloud environment.

Experience Required:

• 4-10 years of experience in IaaS, compute, networking, and storage concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, File or Blob Storage, and Virtual Network.
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure performance monitoring, incident investigation, and resolution.
• Familiarity with security measures, compliance protocols, and containerization in the cloud environment.
• Ability to collaborate with L3 SMEs for operational improvements and security implementations.
