Cloud Engineer

Set up and deploy GCP environments based on design specifications

Implement security controls in collaboration with security teams

Automate deployments using Terraform or similar tools

Manage cloud users, groups, and permissions

Create monitoring and reporting systems for cloud performance

Document procedures and standards for cloud service use

Act as Tier-2 support for cloud-related incidents and outages

Promote and support the adoption of cloud technologies across teams

Participate in weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support

Requirement:

5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, primarily with GCP

5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell

Hands-on experience with large-scale cloud deployments

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Google Cloud Foundational Certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect Certification

Experience with Azure DevOps

Advanced skills in Terraform
