Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our DevOps team. The successful candidate will focus on designing and managing Azure networking solutions, overseeing storage solutions, and ensuring robust IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for monitoring Azure resources and implementing disaster recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design and manage Azure networking solutions for container networking in AKS.

•Oversee storage solutions for Mendix clusters using Azure Storage Account and ACR.

•Ensure robust IT infrastructure by managing DNS, TLS, CA Certs, and scripting.

•Monitor Azure resources including AKS nodes, pods, deployments, and databases.

•Implement disaster recovery plans for Mendix and AAT.

•Document solutions and configurations.

•Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance and health.

•Manage and maintain Linux-based systems and Docker containers.

•Provide support and maintenance for Azure networking and storage solutions.

•Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues promptly.

•Collaborate with support teams to address and resolve incidents and service requests.

Qualifications:

•Advanced knowledge of Azure Networking.

•Intermediate knowledge of Azure Storage Account, Azure Container Registry (ACR), and fundamental IT & Infrastructure knowledge.

•Experience with monitoring Azure resources, disaster recovery mechanisms, Linux, documentation, and yaml.

•Basic knowledge of Azure SQL, Helm, Azure Identity and Access Management, and monitoring tools.

•Nice to have: Experience with Ansible, ELK stack, Azure VMs, Prometheus, Grafana & Loki, and Apache Kafka
