PFB the JD for L1 Support - Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data engineering support or a related role, with hands-on exposure to AWS. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, CloudWatch). Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell. Basic Understanding of ETL processes. Soft Skills: Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment with 6 days working (rotational shifts may be required).
