Requirements:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.
Additional Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in related position
- Extensive experience in on-prem and cloud engineering, with a focus on Exchange Online, Active
- Directory, and Azure services.
- Strong knowledge of Azure authentication mechanisms, conditional access policies, and identity management best practices.
- Proficiency in hypervisor management, patch management, and scripting for automation.
- Experience working with DevOps teams and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus
