Job Functions:

Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.

Additional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in related position
  • Extensive experience in on-prem and cloud engineering, with a focus on Exchange Online, Active
  • Directory, and Azure services.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure authentication mechanisms, conditional access policies, and identity management best practices.
  • Proficiency in hypervisor management, patch management, and scripting for automation.
  • Experience working with DevOps teams and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus
