Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:  Cloud Engineer is primarily responsible for providing L2 24x7 support in complex and high availability external customer facing websites. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Required Skills: 

• Linux 
• AWS
• Ansible & Terraform
• Containerization tools (ECS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Alert monitoring, perform health checks, trouble-shooting issues, perform escalation, managing bridge calls, perform root cause analysis and document knowledge articles on Multiple technologies like AEM, Tomcat, Apache, AWS, Datadog, Containerization and Multiple Devops Tools
• Support web sites (application, middleware & infrastructure tiers Hosted on AWS Cloud which involves automation skills like Terraform and Ansible.
• Good communication Skills to communicate with Customers across the Globe.            
• Having good Understanding of Incident, Change and Problem Management.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Good working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, ALB, codebuild, codepipeline, IAM, Lambda, S3, VPC, RDS, AWS Secret Manager.) 
• Hands on experience on Ansible and Terraform.
• Good Knowledge on Containerization tools like ECS, Docker and Kubernetes, should be able to setup Containerization Environment using automation tools like terraform
• Knowledge of any monitoring tool (like datadog, dynatrace, splunk, etc.), and ability to troubleshoot issues using it. 
• Knowledge on Akamai CDN and Networking basics is a plus. 
• Good working knowledge on setting up Apache webserver and tomcat with ability to understand and write redirect configuration. 
• Good understanding of SSL setup, and troubleshoot issues related to it. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
