The candidate will be primarily focused on developing cloud solutions utilizing Connect and AWS Services.
Working closely with other IT teams, business systems analysts, and business stakeholders to understand core requirements and refinements, and building protypes and Proof of Concepts for innovative new solutions.
Working with the team to identify and prioritize work for business migrations.
Work with senior management and PMO to track, report, and update the status of service builds within the business migration context.
Exhibit agile attributes to identify and maintain strong, secure, and supportable solutions while working with other key IT teams, architects, and areas of governance.
Develop HLD and detailed design with input from the architect on approval usage patterns
Work with an agile framework and support DevOps work processes.
Provide consultative support and mentoring guidance to CCI Engineering and CCI Operations as required. Share knowledge through training sessions, creating/updating of operational documentation as required

Profile specs:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant, proven industry experience
3 - 5 years relative cloud development experience
2+ years hands on support and development experience with AWS services
2 years of experience with Amazon Connect
Experienced working knowledge of Python and JS
Experience with Lambda and working knowledge of Lambda development using Python and developing DynamoDBs using proper design approaches
Experience working in a regulated environment where security and client privacy are treated as a priority in the complete lifecycle, as well as following ITIL processes such as change tickets.
Overall cloud understanding and understanding of AWS services and documentation. Experienced in cloud-based solution delivery.
Experience working on agile with remote team members.
