Cloud Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Data Engineer with 5-8 years of IT experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS development, large data management, and cloud-based optimization. This role requires hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS services while working with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow. The position is based in Westlake, TX, requiring onsite presence for 2 weeks per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and manage large-scale data solutions in AWS.
• Utilize AWS services (S3, Lambda, RDS) for data storage, transformation, and processing.
• Write and optimize Python-based scripts for data processing and analytics.
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases for efficient data querying.
• Implement and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.
• Work with batch processing tools like Control-M for automation.
• Optimize cloud-based solutions for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile development methodologies.
• Must-Have Skills:
• 5-8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on AWS development.
• Expertise in large data management, including integration, transformation, and storage.
• Proficiency in AWS services: S3, Lambda, RDS.
• Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
