Description

  • 5+ years of DBA experience, 5+ on AWS.   
  • Work with SMP Lead DBA performing data base design and optimize platforms with primary focus of Postgres, Redshift, Dynamo DB with Oracle as a plus. 
  • Perform data base architecture for enterprise systems. 
  • Build and Monitor AWS Database Migration Service (DMS). 
  • Proficient in SQL, experience with backup and recovery, environment refresh 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot database-related problems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime 
  • Create, maintain, and administer AWS cloud databases in a highly available environment.
  • Takes proactive ownership of work through full development lifecycle 
  • Has the ability to accurately estimate work requirements
