Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients and manage multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate release planning, development, and testing of IVR enhancements.
Design call flows, chat integrations, and backend API connections.
Provide subject matter expertise on NICE CXONE solutions.
Implement skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS.
Collaborate with the Architecture team on API development.
Translate business requirements into technical documentation.
Oversee support tickets and assist team members.
Essential Skills:

5+ years of experience with NICE IN Contact CXone.
3+ years of experience with NICE CXone Studio.
Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python (4+ years).
Experience with web service API calls (5+ years).
Desired Skills:

Dashboard creation experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting web applications.
Note: Candidates must respond to pre-screening questions and detail relevant programming experience.
