Serve as the technical expert on orchestrating application components and ensuring proper integration with other systems
11. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and leadership to application development staff, promote usability, security, mobility, maintainability, and reusability.
12. Additional requirements: Ability to work with minimal supervision, high degree of contact with department program managers and DTMB project and technology oversight groups.
13. Essential Duties: Design and interaction of the client enterprise level application architecture, code libraries, middleware, and services components, leading the migration to a services-based architecture.
14. Key Duties: Develop and manage the enterprise level architecture for all IT systems and projects, provide application architecture expertise, develop strategic goals, perform architecture design reviews, ensure the implementation of security standards.
15. Additional Duties: Code library, middleware, services support, installation, configuration, testing, and implementation of the applications, ensuring proper operation of the applications, providing leadership, consultation, and expertise on special teams and projects
