Cloud and Unix/Linux Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Linux Expertise: Manage, maintain, and optimize RHEL infrastructure for performance, security, and automation
✅ Unix Support: Troubleshoot Solaris infrastructure while leading efforts to migrate applications to cloud platforms
✅ Security: Kernel tuning, system hardening, patch & compliance management, and vulnerability management
✅ Monitoring & Logging: Define thresholds & metrics using monitoring tools
✅ Cloud Integration: Deploy & manage cloud solutions on AWS or Azure
✅ Automation & Scripting: Automate processes using Bash, YAML, or other scripting languages
✅ Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to team strategy
✅ Incident Management: Rapidly resolve critical incidents and implement long-term solutions
✅ Documentation & Project Management: Extensive experience with Confluence & JIRA for documentation and task management
