Role & Responsibilities

The role requires to demonstrate leadership in developing new Business and strategic long term and high value engagements.
The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for acquiring new life sciences clients including technical Sales, Lead Generation, GTM, Customer Requirement Capturing, Solutioning, Costing, etc for life sciences, bio-tech and med-tech organizations.
Oversee marketing programs include campaigns, conferences and Roadshows in order to achieve a brand position and recall value.
Demand Generation, Customer Relationship, Tracking Competition.
Forecast, Billing, MIS, CRM, Reports, Budget & FC Tracking.
Account Plan, Composing Proposal, Presentations, TML / Customer events.
Exposure to Legal T&Cs, Risks.
The candidate will participate and work very closely with the various practices and industry functions. (Executive, Leadership and Peers, She/he will closely work with the Delivery / sales team to focus on account expansions to exponential degree.)
Must Have Skills
Demonstrable experience of minimum 7 years as an key account manager/executive or related roles in an Information Technology services/consultancy company (must have)
Demonstrable experience of a minimum of 10 yrs working in an Information Technology services/consultancy company for a Lifesciences/Pharmaceutical client (must have) along with understanding of industry compliances
Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Demonstrable experience in technical sales and solutions based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data and artificial intelligence (must have)
Excellent understanding of the Life Sciences industry domain
Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrable experience in negotiating contracts
Experience forecasting and tracking account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
