What You’ll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

Advocate for clients’ needs within the company to ensure satisfaction

Resolve client issues quickly and professionally

Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience

Assist with onboarding and follow-ups to build strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–3 years experience in customer service, client relations, or advocacy roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism

Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Education

1. Education High school diploma or GED (minimum) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is often preferred 2. Experience 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or advocacy roles Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus 3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Strong verbal and written communication Ability to handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
