Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and codes.
  • Coordinate and manage activities delegated by the Project Manager, ensuring that work is completed to the required standard.
  • Communicating with owners, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Coordinating with jobsite superintendents while maintaining a positive client relationship across multiple projects


 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of previous Project Manager experience
  • Experience in Civil construction; highway, warehouse, earthwork, commercial, industrial.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
