Citrix Cloud Engineer

Must have Experience
*        Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and NetScaler ADC in a global environment. This includes components such as user profile management.
*        Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing a VDI solution hosted in Azure.
*        Experience in designing/deploying/administering multi-site, multi-zone, and cloud-based Citrix environments, supporting active/active topology
*        Experience managing system and user configuration across large, distributed environments
*        In-depth understanding of Active Directory; including GPO’s and DNS as applied to the Windows client OS
*        Strong understanding of VDI underlying hardware and hypervisors – Nutanix, VMWare
*        Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
*        Well versed in scripting (PowerShell is a priority)
*        Understanding of Digital Workspace Tools including Microsoft Office, O365, Box and conferencing software (Zoom, MS Teams)
*        Ability to write technical and Presentation management documentation (system design and engineering documents)
*        Have a troubleshooting mindset (i. e. parsing event log, utilizing System Internals tools)
