To lead our next phase of innovation and scale, we're seeking a visionary yet execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect our global tech strategy and build world-class AI infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

As CTO, you will play a central role in shaping our AI and technology roadmap, scaling platforms that power intelligent decision-making, and leading engineering excellence across all product and infrastructure layers.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute a global AI/ML technology vision aligned with business goals

Lead architecture, infrastructure, and platform engineering for large-scale AI systems

Oversee development and deployment of production-grade ML models, pipelines, and MLOps frameworks

Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies across deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning

Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative and scalable AI solutions

Ensure enterprise-grade security, privacy, and compliance in all platforms and services

Build, lead, and scale globally distributed engineering, data science, and DevOps teams

Partner with the executive team to drive digital transformation and customer-focused innovation

Establish governance around responsible AI, model explainability, and ethical deployment

Manage technology budgets, partnerships, and strategic vendor relationships

What You Bring

12+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI/ML-focused roles and executive-level experience

Proven success scaling AI/ML platforms in fast-growing or global enterprise environments

Deep expertise in machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, and distributed systems

Hands-on experience with modern AI toolchains (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Ray, Kubeflow, MLFlow)

Strong grasp of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), APIs, and containerization

Knowledge of responsible AI practices, security, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and technical leadership skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline (PhD is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading AI initiatives in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government)

Familiarity with AI model lifecycle governance, explainability, and auditability frameworks

Certifications in cloud platforms, AI ethics, or advanced machine learning
