Chatbot Developer

·       Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline or equivalent experience

·       5+ years of enterprise-scale Voice/Chat Bots development experience

·       The Apps Dev is responsible for building and supporting Microsoft Azure voice and Chat bots to meet complex business needs

·       Responsible for developing testing and deploying the bot code using CI/CD pipelines

·       Custom component development using type script.

·       Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance

·       Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor

·       Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders

·       Experience with Azure cloud, Microsoft BOT framework, Microsoft BOT Composer, Emulator

·       Experience using Git and Jenkins

·       Hand on experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies

·       Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI

·       Experience with web services integration

·       Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment

·       Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines.

·       Knowledge of Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive services (ex: LUIS.ai), and QnA maker Microsoft Bot framework
