Description

  • Develop and maintain change management processes and policies.
  • Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for change assessment.
  • Evaluate change requests for impact, risk, and resources.
  • Communicate upcoming changes to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Oversee change implementation and monitor effectiveness.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Generate reports on change management metrics and activities.
  • Foster continuous improvement in change management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT change management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with change management tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional) are preferred
