Job Description:
·        Help our clients to delivery change management interventions which support the implementation and adoption of technology and digital transformation programs 
·        Work as an effective change management consultant assisting our clients in their large-scale transformation journeys either as a sole change practitioner or leading the change team
·        Work on all stages of the change management lifecycle including change strategy, change planning, communication and stakeholder management, change impact assessment, business readiness planning and training
·        Overall experience of more than 5 years hands-on experience of implementing change management solutions across multiple technology enabled programs 
·        Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Change Strategy, Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; and Training 
·        Possess outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
·        Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and project-related mobility/willingness to travel domestically and international
·        Self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (different clients may prefer onsite, ful or fully remote working styles - you should be comfortable with all three of these)
·        Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions
·        Familiar with the hashtag#Agile method, as well as the Change Management (hashtag#OCM) method, approaches and deliverables
