• The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing multiple JIRA boards and will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, support, and guidance for the teams.
• This position requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications (Required)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scaling agile practices in larger organizations (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Background in software development or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with other agile project management tools.
