Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy email campaigns within Adobe Campaign Message Center.
  • Work extensively with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure proper formatting and integration of email content within Adobe Campaign.
  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot emails to ensure they are functioning as expected.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
  • Specialize in the technical aspects of email campaign setup, including coding HTML/CSS for emails, integrating APIs, and performing testing to ensure functionality.
  • Ensure that email content is correctly rendered across various platforms and devices.
  • Involved in setting campaigns live and monitoring their ongoing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize email campaigns and troubleshoot any issues with delivery, formatting, or performance.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign Message Center.
  • Strong expertise in HTML and CSS, particularly for email template creation and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in JavaScript for custom email content integration and testing.
  • Experience in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email best practices and how to ensure email content renders correctly across platforms and devices.
  • Familiarity with email rendering tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience in email campaign development or similar technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certification.
  • Experience with API integrations and data management within Adobe Campaign.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques
