Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design, build, and implement automated marketing campaigns that deliver impactful results.
Execution & Optimization: Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously optimize workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive testing, manage quality control, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes to guarantee seamless campaign delivery.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and are executed to the highest standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with tool updates and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies to improve campaign automation and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Campaign Developer or Campaign Engineer.
Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL to support the creation of custom campaigns and automation workflows.
In-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation concepts, including segmentation and data integration within a campaign environment.
Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot and improve campaigns.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly present ideas and results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
Familiarity with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
