Detailed JD | - The Senior, Campaign BSA (AJO, ACC, AEP) role within the Marketing Platform team is pivotal in driving client value through the requirement gathering, mapping the requirement to the tool, developing, QA, and deploying the campaigns.
- Experience in technology integrations with Marketing technologies (AJO, ACC, AEP)
- 1 years minimum of experience with AJO platform and more than 4 years working on Campaign implementations or manage project.
- Hands on experience on the Adobe Campaign tool is an added advantage
- 3+ years of SQL development experience including.
- 3+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in cross channel marketing campaign delivery, like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries
- Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies.
- Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience.
- Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs
- Be able to perform requirement gathering, project estimation and design of the campaigns.
- Develop campaign workflows for audience selection and segmentation, and deployment of campaigns across channels.
- Perform QC on the campaigns to ensure data, functional and content accuracy.
- Work closely with external teams and stakeholders to ensure the completion of the tasks on time.
- Provide post-deployment support, engaging in activities such as data analysis, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for all tasks completed throughout the campaign lifecycle

| The Senior, Campaign Developer (AJO, ACC, AEP) role within the Marketing Platform team is pivotal in driving client value through the implementation of marketing platforms for executing campaigns- What you will do: - Successfully lead, execute the design and development of marketing automation campaigns.
- Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and implement complex marketing campaigns via various digital channels. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Configure and optimize dynamic content personalization, data manipulation, and integration with external systems.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies based on customer demographics, behaviors, and engagement metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop custom reporting and dashboards within tool and integrated analytics platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and driving initiatives to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
