The Campaign Business Systems Analyst (BSA) plays a crucial role across all phases of the ***Campaign Lifecycle, including Estimation, Design, Campaign Build and Quality Control (QC), Deployment, and Reporting. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to successfully bring campaigns to market, often across multiple channels.

The Senior Campaign BSA (AJO/ACC/AEP) role within the Marketing Platform team is pivotal in delivering client value through requirement gathering, mapping requirements to tools, campaign development, QA, and deployment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Streamlining campaign launches
  • Optimizing audience selection
  • Enhancing performance to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns aligned with client objectives and ROI

You will focus on campaign estimation, requirement gathering, solution design, platform setup with foundational schemas, performance monitoring, result analysis, and reporting. This role also involves designing and delivering complex solutions, supporting implementation and migration activities, and offering technology consulting. Additionally, staying current with new technologies, ensuring precise documentation, and mentoring team members will be vital for driving client success with a focus on durability and longevity.


What You Will Do

  • Conduct requirement gathering, project estimation, and design for campaigns.
  • Develop campaign workflows for audience selection, segmentation, and multi-channel deployment.
  • Perform quality control (QC) to ensure data, functional, and content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with external teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
  • Provide post-deployment support, including data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for all tasks within the campaign lifecycle.

Requirement:

  • AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) – At least 2-year Hands-on experience.
  • Should be strong on SQL – ( Read-Write complex queries)
  • Java scripting/ Programming experience required.
  • Overall 6+ years experience on Adobe Campaign - Adobe marketing stack- Marketing campaign world
  • Operational knowledge on Designing, Building campaigns is required
  • Understanding the requirement, breaking the req, requirement hand over to dev, analysis , testing end - to – end Project cycle.
  • Should be well versed with the Agile methodology of project management.
  • Banking and Finance Domain is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adobe campaign related certification is must.
