As a Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and data interrogation. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving Canvas, our flagship product. That means supporting the orchestration and sending of messages for clients worldwide. Work and rely on sophisticated real-time and batch processing of massive amounts of data, providing analytics, automated decision-making, and an industry-leading customer engagement tool. You will be responsible for the creation of HTML Email Campaigns and provide email best practice guidelines. You will be responsible for keeping up to date with what trends and technologies are emerging within the email marketing landscape and how bringing this into company and enhance the overall offering for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: 

working as part of large Information Technology (IT) teams partnering with clients/business groups to support complex Marketing campaign data environment. 

Building solutions for organization’s marketing campaign with proper analysis; designing, development and administration. 

Working on Braze marketing platform or related platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, MailChimp, SFMC 

Develops HTML email/SMS/mobile push code that adheres to industry best practices and brand guidelines and closely matches the original creative design. Additional code-related responsibilities include: 

Performing quality checks  

Scripting for dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation 

Managing HTML content and related assets within clients’ email/SMS/mobile push platforms 

Displays critical thinking and solution-oriented skill sets to develop address technical requirements and solve technical problems that arise. 

Maintains basic knowledge of data as it relates to HTML code and personalization variables to develop and QA dynamic creative. 

Adheres to standard operating procedures and client checklists. 

Collaborates with other internal team to understand handle escalations, questions and problems that arise. 

Able to troubleshoot the various technical/functional issues related to Braze or related platform.  

Create, apply & assist team with marketing automation best practices & guidelines.  

Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall design & performance. 

Effectively collaborates with the internal team to understand/improve the process.  

Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Good analytical skills, quick learner, team player.  

Act as a mentor for Junior Developers and offshore teams. 

Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Agile methodology

Any Graduate
