Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy CRM solutions, including entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, logic flow, data, and system configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with other organizational units in preparing functional specification for customization changes.
  • Participate in process improvements and SDLC.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance related issues.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to further develop and refine skill set.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including flow diagrams, process diagram and current and proposed state diagrams.
  • Assist with sprint/working sessions, release planning, training, maintaining a roadmap, and future direction for CRM within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of the SDLC, design patterns, and code versioning tool(s) (TFS/Azure DevOps/Git/Etc).
  • Understanding of SSRS/Reporting tools.
  • Familiarity of integrations and process flows from outside systems into the CRM; specifically SAP ERP.
  • Understanding of the SDLC, design patterns, and code versioning tool(s) (TFS/Azure DevOps/Git/Etc).
  • Ability to Problem Solve, work within a Framework and to take direction and initiative.
  • Proven ability to pick up new skills and tool sets.

Required Experience

  • Experience with C#, .NET 4.5, SQL.
  • Strong REST WEB API experience .
  • Experience developing, testing and implementing API’s between multiple CRM/ERP systems (Ideally Dynamics SAP or Salesforce).
  • Need Azure Experience.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP environments (MS Dynamics – Version 8.2 on-premise, Salesforce, Sugar, SAP) particularly with services modules.
  • Experience with Global Environments.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
