C++ Architect

•          C++ Architect – lead and guide existing dev team, hands-on.
•          C++

•          Oracle DB
•          Perf optimization experience
•          Must have knowledge on NCQA, HEDIS rules and HCC measurements for internal dev team. Needs to understand and know HEDIS well, else he cannot lead if he doesn’t understand it.
•          Healthcare domain
•          Ability to make decisions extremely crucial, take responsibility. Take this seriously as a job, not just a work. Need to know this person can be depended on. Should have the strength, knowledge and confidence to say No. Should not be a Yes man.
•          Should be able to challenge, not too agreeable every single day to what client says, but because that’s the right thing to do.
