·        Strong experience with ESP, Fulfillment and Sequencing modules.

·        Functional experience with Windows Scripting
·        Ability to analyze and resolve complex support issues.
·        Ability to manage prioritized changes from design to deployment including effective testing.
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with business.
·        Must overlap with part of the Hershey workday.
·        SAP knowledge would be a plus
