- Strategic Alliances: Build strong partnerships with business and IS teams to align business needs, processes, and technology solutions with business strategies.
- Timely Delivery: Collaborate with IT teammates to ensure timely delivery of requirements and business artifacts for the software development lifecycle.
- Open Communication: Maintain effective communication and relationships with business and technical partners to facilitate the requirements process.
- Efficient Documentation: Quickly elicit business needs and document requirements concisely for easy understanding by all audiences.
- Requirements Artifacts: Develop requirements and business artifacts to support downstream processes like design, development, and QA.
- Leadership and Expertise: Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Assess and reconfirm customer satisfaction and expectations throughout the project.
- Requirements Validation: Work with business partners to validate requirements through reviews and walkthroughs.
- UAT Plans: Develop and assist in executing User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans with business partners.
- ORI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process: Work with the project teams and the business to build and test the relevant artifacts that are a part of the Old Republic SDLC.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define and communicate business goals and visions for process improvement using BPM/BPI best practices.
- Documents current processes and identifies areas for improvement without major disruptions.
- Uses standard tools and techniques like process/data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition to create future-state process models.

- Process Maps/Workflows
- Functional and Quality of Service (QOS) Requirements

- Traceability Diagrams and Matrices
- RFIs, RFPs, Business Cases, Scope Documents, etc.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BA/BS Degree in a technology related field or other degree required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in business or systems analysis.
- 3-5 years’ experience working within a structured SDLC (Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and organizational skills are required.
- Leadership, coaching, mentoring and team building skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent process driven analysis skills and a background in various requirements elicitation methods
