We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), with a particular focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, enabling optimized customer data management, journey orchestration, and personalized experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data integration, data modelling, and journey orchestration, with a deep understanding of CDP functionalities and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis and Documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements for CDP implementations.
• Analyze business processes and document technical specifications to ensure alignment with CDP capabilities.
• Conduct assessments to identify areas where CDP can drive business improvements.
Data Design and Integration
• Design data models and schemas within the CDP, including identity resolution and unified customer profiles.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure data is properly ingested, transformed, and segmented for personalized customer experiences.
• Leverage APIs and integrations to connect the CDP with various systems and platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
Journey Orchestration and Personalization
• Design and implement customer journey orchestration workflows within the CDP, optimizing personalization strategies across channels.
• Work with stakeholders to develop strategies for automating personalized customer experiences at scale.
• Support A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting initiatives to continually improve customer engagement.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure business users can effectively leverage the CDP for customer insights and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CDP solution is fully integrated and aligned with the broader business strategy.
Monitoring and Optimization
• Monitor CDP implementations to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze data trends, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data-driven solutions and customer-centric platforms.
• 3+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), preferably with Adobe Experience Platform or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of data integration, identity resolution, and customer data management principles.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with journey orchestration and personalization strategies within a CDP environment.
• Familiarity with API integrations, SDKs, and data pipelines.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of privacy and data governance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
