Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with scientists in the Research and Clinical business units to understand their needs and challenges.

· Collaborate with AI Engineering and AI Adoption teams to develop innovative solutions that address the needs of the scientific community.

· Translate complex scientific requirements into clear technical specifications for the AI Engineering team.

· Facilitate communication and alignment between Digital Transformation and the scientific community to ensure successful project delivery

· Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and technological advancements in the Biopharma and Biotech industries

· Provide technical guidance and support to scientists on the use of IT solutions and platforms

· Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps that align with the needs of the Research and Clinical business units

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the adoption of best practices across the organization

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Strong understanding of scientific research processes and methodologies

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

· Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into technical requirements

· Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration

· Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

· Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of scientific and technological advancements

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or

· Master's degree or PhD in a scientific or technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience

· Experience working in the Biopharma or Biotech industry is highly preferred

· Familiarity with IT technologies and platforms used in scientific research and clinical settings
