Writes clear, accurate and measurable requirements in the format of user stories with acceptance criteria Required 5 Years Creates and maintains documentation used to communicate business process information, system functionality and other materials needed for support Required 5 Years Experience writing interface requirements and related documentation such as source to target mapping Required 3 Years Facilitates, leads and participates in effective meetings to understand the problem/opportunity, gather requirements and faciliate UAT Required 5 Years Writes basic SQL queries (select statements only) to find, analyze and summarize data findings Required 2 Years Experience learning new systems, processes and procedures Required 5 Years Balances multiple complex assignments with minimal assistance Required 5 Years Tracks down the source & details surrounding a problem/opportunity, accurately analyzes it and clearly identifies the activities needed to address it. Required 5 Years Full SDLC experience on agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies Required 5 Years Ability to read and interpret vendor API information Highly desired 2 Years Experience as a BSA supporting or implementing HR and/or eCommerce systems Highly desired 2 Years Experience working with and partnering with vendor support Highly desired 2 Years Experience using Atlassian JIRA to manage requirements
