Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to analyze business needs and gather solution requirements.
  • Create and manage a collaboration framework between development, business, and IT teams.
  • Build and maintain functional and technical design specifications and data flow diagrams.
  • Design solution prototypes and manage the development cycle.
  • Participate in technology selection and manage external vendor relationships.
  • Lead change management and transition initiatives across the organization.
  • Work collaboratively in a project management or agile delivery environment.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Support planning, estimation, and execution of implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle solution standards and frameworks.
  • Provide oversight for end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud-based solutions.

Experience Requirement:

  • 3-6 years of experience in business systems analysis and enterprise system implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Experience with revenue cycle management and finance domain processes.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships.
  • Exposure to CPQ systems is a plus.
