Business System Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have:

15+ years in banking

10+ years of overall experience

6+ years specifically as a BSA

✅ Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

Conduct data analysis and profiling based on business needs

Create detailed Source-to-Target (S2T) data mapping documents

Lead walkthroughs with ETL Dev & QA teams

Conduct UAT data validation and present findings to the business

Perform post-production data validation

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

🧠 Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years as a BSA in Banking

In-depth knowledge of banking products, core platforms, and regulations

Experience in one or more: CCAR, BASEL, AML/KYC, loan origination, digital banking

Strong in SQL for data analysis

Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, S2T mappings, user stories

Proficient in tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Agile/Scrum tools

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

🎯 Bonus Points:
Experience with payment systems, ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging

Certifications like CBAP, Agile BA, PMI-PBA, or similar
