Key Responsibilities:
•            Business Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.
•            PTC Windchill Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill to support and enhance PLM processes.
•            Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•            Solution Design: Design and propose solutions to optimize business processes and improve system functionality.
•            Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of PTC Windchill solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
•            Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
•            Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PTC Windchill.
•            Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
•            Project Management: Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:
•            Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•            Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on PTC Windchill in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.
•            Technical Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill, PLM systems, and related technologies.
•            Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
•            Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•            Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
•            Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
