Mandatory Skills :

Should have 7 + Years Exp in Insurance

Should possess good communication skills (Writing & Interpretaion of Business Req)

Good at preparation of requirement documents and solution approach.

Strong Understanding in Functional & Technical aspects of Business Systems

Good Analytical skills and Problem Solving Skills

Good Understanding in doing GAP & Feasibility Analysis

Good Understanding on Sprint Planning and Execution using Agile Model.

Good Knowledge on SDLC Methods and Methodologies like Agile & Watefall

Collaborate with business owner/product owner  and development team members to understand the requirements and create test cases

Prepare the UAT Test Plan & Execution

Identify defects and report them in defect tracking tool

Verify that defects are resolved and work with the team to ensure minimal slippage

Work with project managers to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project schedules and timelines

Strong knowledge of SDLC, software testing methodologies and tools
