  • Gains a thorough understanding of customer requests via analysis and interviews with Product Owners and subject matter experts to fully manage user stories from inception through acceptance.
  • STRONG Mapping history in creating mapping documents from scratch when Mapping between 4 different systems.
  • Will gather all the technical information needed for hand-off to Production Operations and Resilience.
  • Works independently on larger, moderately complex assignments that directly impact the department.
  • Solid understanding of systems development and input/output modeling.
  • Ability to interact with the Operating System, locating and reading files.
  • Understand and articulate story/functionality/project dependencies on both system and dependent teams
