Business Intelligence Lead

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI projects, with at least 3 years in a lead or onshore role.
Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships in a multicultural and global environment.
Experience with reporting and localization in multinational projects.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of data models, SQL, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with reporting governance, standardization, and localization practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a global working environment.
