Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner closely with leadership teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Develop and implement advanced data modelling solutions 
Mentor junior analysts, providing technical guidance and feedback
Assist in the development of best practice for data analysis, visualization and reporting
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business needs
Create engaging and interactive dashboards in Power BI
Develop, maintain, agree and record Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and metrics
Drive data governance efforts and promote BI tools across the organization
Experience of dimensional data modelling, master data management (MDM)
Proficient in Power BI
Identify opportunities to widen data scope and source data effectively and appropriately from both internal and external sources
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience-

At least 5 years of BI application development, including adoption of best practice. Close collaboration with leadership teams, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and in scope.

Experience in a multinational corporation with a matrix structure.

Education-

University degree preferred
