Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Management:

Identify potential clients in the medical industry through market research, online tools, and networking.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies using tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and other digital 
platforms.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for lead acquisition.

2. Client Relationship Building:

 Establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
Conduct client meetings, both virtual and on-site, to present proposals and close deals.

3. Sales and Business Development:

Drive revenue growth by converting leads into clients and meeting sales targets.
Develop strategic plans to enter new markets and expand the client base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales progress, and client feedback to senior management.

5. Product Knowledge and Expertise:

Stay updated on the company’s medical products and services to effectively pitch to potential clients.
Act as a subject matter expert during client interactions to build trust and credibility.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in in Medical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the medical industry.
Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and trends.
