Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure delivery on client requirements
Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and negotiate contracts
Keep up to date with industry trends, client needs, and market conditions
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT staffing industry
Strong understanding of IT services, staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire), and market trends
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
