We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager for our Digital and Analytics division, specifically in Software Services. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in direct sales, particularly as a sales hunter, in the software services and OEM space. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging your expertise in digital technologies, data analytics, AI, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver custom solutions for clients. The role also demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive business growth and successful software solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as the primary contact for software services in the digital and analytics space.
Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions, including data analytics, AI-driven software, machine learning, and digital transformation strategies.
Manage client expectations, proactively resolve issues, and ensure transparent communication regarding project progress, timelines, and outcomes.
Business Development and Sales:
Function as a sales hunter to pursue and secure new business opportunities in the software services sector, targeting clients who require customized digital solutions.
Collaborate with the business development team to prepare and present compelling proposals, aligning software services with client needs and industry best practices.
Experience:
10 to 12 years of direct sales experience in software services, with a proven track record in sales hunting and managing client accounts in OEM or technology consulting environments.
Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing key accounts, and delivering complex software solutions in the digital transformation and analytics space.
Experience in identifying new opportunities and expanding revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling of software services.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software development and digital technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, AI, and business intelligence solutions.
Proficiency in software development tools and platforms such as Python, R, SQL, JavaScript, Tableau, Power BI, and related analytics tools.
