Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and acquire new clients through market research & relationship building
✔ Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
✔ Negotiate contracts, close deals, and drive business expansion
✔ Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and service providers
✔ Enhance managed services & staffing solutions to meet market demands
✔ Manage budgets, forecasts & financial performance

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 7-12 years in IT Business Development, preferably in Managed Services & Staffing
Skills: Sales, Negotiation, Market Analysis, Leadership, Strategic Thinking
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Management, or a related field
