Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy to acquire new technology clients and GCCs in India.
  • Identify and target high-potential accounts, focusing on IT, digital transformation, engineering, and tech-enabled GCCs.
  • Drive revenue growth through enterprise-level staffing contracts, RPO engagements, and managed services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue predictability.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships with HR heads, TA leaders, and procurement teams of GCCs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client workforce challenges and offering customized staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client mandates.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and SLAs to maximize profitability and value delivery.

 

 

3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and implement a sales roadmap with clear goals, targets, and performance metrics.
  • Develop a hunter mindset within the sales team, driving aggressive lead generation and deal closures.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to refine BD strategies and sales pitches.
  • Leverage industry networks, referrals, and digital marketing to enhance brand visibility and business traction.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:

  • Forge partnerships with technology firms, industry bodies, HR communities, and talent platforms to enhance market positioning.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities with HR tech providers, ATS/CRM platforms, and workforce analytics firms for enhanced service offerings.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in GCC hiring, talent mobility, and recruitment technology to shape future strategies.

5. Leadership & Team Management:

  • Build and lead a high-performing business development team focused on sales, client management, and market intelligence.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and innovation within the team.
  • Mentor and develop sales professionals, enabling them to scale and win strategic accounts.

 

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition in staffing, RPO, or talent solutions.
  • Strong exposure to GCC hiring, IT recruitment, and technology workforce solutions in India.
  • Proven track record of scaling business revenues, securing large staffing deals, and building enterprise partnerships.
  • Extensive network of CXO-level stakeholders across GCCs, IT firms, and global enterprises.
  • Expertise in contract negotiations, pricing models, and recruitment service agreements.
  • Ability to drive consultative sales, understanding client workforce challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Experience in using CRM, sales analytics, and lead generation tools to optimize BD efforts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities
