Description

* Engage with front-line teams and C-suite business and technology leaders develop a pipeline of opportunities selling Ascendion’s engineering solutions and services

* Building and managing a pipeline; conducting detailed, weekly pipeline reviews with the regional business leadership

* Generating new business from Poland Market

* Following company initiatives to increase turnover and show own initiative

* Being able to present Ascendion’s portfolio of services through attending industry events, interacting with clients and prospects, collecting contact information, promoting Ascendion’s portfolio and distributing marketing materials

* Gaining and demonstrating understanding of the clients workflow and provide good feedback


 

Qualifications:

* Around 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, growth roles with minimum 3-4 years in new business development and client acquisition in Poland.

* Fair understanding of relevant technologies like applications AI, cloud, data, mobility, etc. will be useful along with knowledge of one or more industry domains like BFSI, fintech, telecom, retail.

* Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success; e.g.: solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, time and territory management, customer empathy

* Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills

* Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executive levels

* Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word along with collaboration tools like MS Teams and Zoom

* Prior experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce is good to have

* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

* Fluent in English and Polish
