Utilize ZoomInfo for direct contact details including phone numbers, emails, and LinkedIn profiles of key decision-makers.
Meet weekly activity goals:
Minimum 125 touches per week (calls, emails, drop-ins).
8-10 face-to-face appointments per week.
Close a minimum of 3 new billing contracts per month.
Research and develop new sales strategies and target areas.
Identify opportunities within existing accounts for growth and expansion.
Collaborate with the Recruiting team to understand candidate pools and effectively match talent to client needs.
Expectations:
Prospect new clients and generate leads.
Increase revenue within assigned territory.
Educate and sell company services to both new and existing customers.
Build and maintain relationships with new clients.
Conduct cold calling and follow structured outreach targets.
Keep up with industry trends to discover new business opportunities.

Proven track record in B2B sales or staffing industry (TEMP/CONTRACT staffing a plus).
